GoldStar Warranty Upgrade
The GoldStar Warranty Upgrade is a supplement to our standard warranty, and does not waive or change any conditions of the standard warranty, except as specifically stated below. This GoldStar Warranty Upgrade is only available on Engines Factory long blocks which qualify for the full 36 month 100,000 mile warranty. The term of this agreement coincides with the term of the Engines Factory . standard warranty that covers the specific engine to which the GoldStar Warranty Upgrade applies. The GoldStar Warranty Upgrade is effective at the point of sale, and adds the following to Factory standard warranty on approved claims:

UP TO $85 PER HOUR LABOR REIMBURSEMENT
To authorized and certified licensed repair facilities, if the engine was originally professionally installed by a certified licensed repair facility. Labor expense for field repairs, engine removal and installation to be determined using the most recent Motors Flat Rate Manual, or pre-approved alternate manual, at the prevailing labor rate for the area. This protection does not cover labor on industrial, stationary, power units, class A motor homes, or irrigation applications. Under this agreement, no labor will be paid for do-it-yourself repairs, and repairs performed by unlicensed repair facilities.

TOWING REIMBURSEMENT
Engines Factory, will reimburse up to a maximum of $100.00 per occurrence for towing. (A copy of the receipt needs to be supplied by the customer.)

RENTAL CAR REIMBURSEMENT
Engines Factory. will reimburse up to a maximum of $35.00 per day, up to $350.00. (A copy of the rental contract needs to be supplied by the customer.)

FLUIDS REIMBURSEMENT
Engines Factory. will reimburse up to $25.00 for fluid replacement at the time of repair.

EXCLUSIONS:
No claims will be accepted under this GoldStar Warranty Upgrade that are not accepted under the standard warranty, and it is subject to all exclusions specified in the standard warranty.

CLAIM PROCEDURE:
Prior authorization is required from Engines Factory before warranty work is begun. It is the sole responsibility of the ultimate purchaser/owner to pay for such work (including labor and parts) and submit the alleged defective parts, written repair order showing all charges, and a written receipt for payment of all charges to Engines Factory for review and determination by Engines Factory that the engine failure is or is not covered by this supplemental warranty.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE:
The term and provisions of this GoldStar supplemental warranty coverage and each and every document related to this GoldStar agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any action at law, suit in equity or judicial proceeding for the enforcement of this GoldStar agreement or any provision thereof shall be instituted only in the courts of Nebraska.
