It doesn’t have to be complicated to be valuable.

Note: This warranty does not apply to all engines some engines carry different warranty from different manufacture.

The Engines Factory Limited Warranty is designed to give each customer the maximum amount of coverage with the minimum amount of involvement. Plus, Engines Factoryoffers added peace of mind with two optional warranties:

After submitting your warranty registration, be sure to keep all warranty documentation with the vehicle. If a problem should arise, simply call the telephone number on the warranty certificate and Marshall’s Warranty Department will assign a claim number and start working with you or your shop right away. Whether you’re home or a thousand miles from home, the Our warranty Department is prepared to work with all professionals nearest you to get you back on the road.

Long Block Engines / Complete Engines

Cylinder Heads
Engines Factory warrants its remanufactured cylinder heads to be free from defects in materials used or workmanship performed by Engines Factory for a period of 90 days or 4,000 miles after installation, whichever comes first. Warranty covers replacement of the defective part and gaskets. Labor will be paid when the original installation was performed by a bona-fide auto repair facility. When labor is allowed, it will be paid at the shop’s regular rate, not to exceed $45 per hour times the Motor Manual flat rate time. Warranty does not cover oil, oil filter, antifreeze, incidental or consequential damages resulting from loss of time or use of vehicle. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty.

Product Return Policy
No returns on Special Order fees and inbound freight charges are non refundable, non-disputable and final.
To obtain a Return Authorization number, either send a request including your name, product purchased, date of purchase, Invoice number and reason that the product is being returned, to shipping@enginesfactory.com

No returns will be accepted if not accompanied by an engines-factory issued authorization number.

Any item returned in damaged or non-sellable condition or without an authorization number will be refused.
Absolutely no returns on electrical parts, internal engine parts or carburetors. These parts are non-returnable under any circumstances.

All engines & cylinder heads are inspected before delivery. However, damage may occur
during shipping. We request that customers inspect all engines & cylinder heads at time of delivery. Engines Factory does not assume any responsibility for any Damage/ wrong or missing parts after inspection and signing by the purchaser at the time of delivery. Purchaser refers to any representative of the company designated to sign for delivery. Please make damage claims direct to the carrier for orders shipped via common carrier.

All defective products must be returned to our distributor (properly supported by completed claim forms and receipts) no refund is available on any product (engine parts) only replacement.

All returns and cancellations in any case are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Pricing/Specifications
All specifications, availability, and prices listed are based on the latest product information available at the time of publication. The right is reserved to make changes at any time without notice.

Core Criteria
In order to receive All Engines returned must be, with no missing items and in resalable condition. Disassembled parts/engines broken or UN –rebuild able cores will receive no credit and subject to addition charge by the company or will be discarded.

WARNING: DO NOT CREATE YOUR OWN BILL OF LADING YOU WILL ENDING WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

NOTE: We recommend you keep all engine installation and service records with this Owner’s Manual. You will be required to provide records showing Proof of Maintenance in the event a customer service and/or warranty situation arises. NO BENEFITS OR REMEDIES ARE AVAILABLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WHILE THE INVOICE FOR THE UNIT OR RELATED SERVICES REMAINS OUTSTANDING.

Export Shipping Controls: We will gladly ship international, unless shipments are restricted by law. Please remember that all customs clearing, duties and taxes are not included in the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. (NOTE: Shipments that are not retrieved from customs are not covered by our insurance). Manufacturer’s warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void.
